Group lessons for hospitality staff are focused on speaking French and answering the huge variety of questions and requests hotel guests have!
These lessons are currently only offered in Zermatt, Switzerland.

In your French for the Hotel Industry classes you will:
Study a range of language associated with the topics that you need in your day-to-day working life.
Practise target vocabulary through role plays and discussions of case studies.
Lessons will mainly be focused on speaking and listening skills, as face-to-face conversations and telephone calls form a huge part of the workday for any hotelier.
If you would like to, we can also include lessons focusing on writing different business documents, such as minutes of meetings, letters, reports, proposals, emails to clients and other staff and social networking.

1 hour group lessons
25 chf per student - single lessons
90 chf per student - 1 month block
(4x 1 hour lessons taken over 30 day period)
200 chf per student - 10 lesson block
(10x 1 hour lessons taken over 3 month period)
Minimum 4 students required for these lessons to run.

35 chf per student - single lessons
130 chf per student - 1 month block
